As a highly developed city, Hong Kong has a population of several million. However, the housing resources are extremely limited. Therefore, the housing issue has always been a focal point of concern in Hong Kong society, and transitional housing, a new housing option, has thus emerged as the times require. Transitional housing is a short-term housing solution that can provide a relatively stable dwelling for those with a rigid demand for housing. The residential floor area of the project covers 322,969 square feet, providing 1,076 housing units. The area of the residential units is divided into three categories, with areas of 179, 262 and 358 square feet respectively, and it is expected to accommodate 2,676 people.
